We certainly work in darkness. Most common shifts start at four in the morning and continue till five in the evening. When we begin its dark, and by the time we finish, it is dark. For this reason, we ensure our employees wear hi-visibility gear for safety which gives homeowners peace of mind.
Yes. To have snow removed first on the list costs more. We have to prioritize you meaning you get employees on standby sooner than other properties.
Yes. We only use Enviro Traction Mix, which is 90% sand and 10% enviro-salt. This mixture allows for longer lasting traction and is gentle on decorative concrete.
Yes, we offer discounts to both parties in the case of referrals. The only condition is that both properties need to be in the same community. The idea is that we save commuting time by servicing multiple properties in the same area.
We send monthly invoices at the end of each month.
Yes, we incentivize using snow removal for the entire season as there is a much cheaper monthly rate.
